Register your team

Registration for the 44th edition of the Veluweloop OPENS ON MAY 4th.

Regular registration closes on October 3rd, 2026, at 23:59, unless we reach our maximum number of participating teams before that time.

Signing up goes as follows:

Step 1: Go to our WEBSHOP and order your team-participation.

Step 2: At time of registration, you can also order bikes, dinner, additional booklets, or when you travel by car, car-tickets. Or order your stay on our campsite. There is an early bird discount for bikes and dinner, as we get better prices from our suppliers when we order early.

Step 3: Pay in the webshop and you're guaranteed participation

Step 4: Want extra car tickets, dinner vouchers or rent more bikes? You can do so later in the webshop.

 

By registering, you automatically agree with the refund terms and with the privacy statement.

Prices registration 2026:

• General team: € 224,-
• Company team: € 224,-
• Student team: € 149,-
• Long distance runners: €85,-

Early bird discount: Do you want to register at the lower 2025 prices? Make sure to register your team before June 30th!

 

All teams pay a €15,- deposit for the runners/cyclists vest. This will be added to the total price.
